Guzé Bistro

Guzé located in a 16th century building in the heart of Valletta has been home to many over the years, including Francesco Buonamici, a chief engineer for the Knights of Malta that lived here from 1634 until 1659. The restaurant opened in 2011 after a lengthy refurbishment retaining all of its original features. Guzé ’s menu and style of food focus on seasonal local produce.
